Sustainable Park Solutions engaged to market the Pikes Lane tourism hub

Having completed a holiday park master plan last year for this greenfield site it is a great opportunity to be engaged by the Parramatta Park & Western Sydney Parklands Trusts to market the leasehold site to prospective park operators/developers.

The 8-hectare Site comprises multiple title lots on the eastern side of Pikes Lane, south of the Great Western Highway within Eastern Creek. The Western Motorway (M4) and Westlink M7 are within 500 metres of the Site providing excellent access. The Site is largely cleared and topography relatively flat, with creeks located on the east and west.
