Sustainable Park Solutions to provide due diligence, HR & operational advice to purchasers of Bundaberg Park Village

Principal Matt Williams and his team have assisted the purchasers of the Bundaberg Park Lodge Caravan Park who are new to the caravan industry with a range of tasks at this mixed use park including:

  • Due diligence
  • Operations review
  • Recruitment for management and relief
  • Development of an operations manual Assistance with contacts including OH&S, Wi-Fi
  • Assistance with financial modelling, budgeting and set up chart of accounts

The park which is a short distance from the centre of Bundaberg has a strong corporate and permanent market and Sustainable Park Solutions identified a number of opportunities for the new operators to grow the tourism product from both caravan and camping guests.

The new purchasers will take over management of this mixed use park at the end of January 2020 and will roll out a range of improvements to the park including new signage, accommodation and amenity refurbishment and general grounds upgrades. The park will also undertake a name change and will become the Bundaberg Park Village.
